stocked kitchen easy check
the kitchen was really well stocked it had everything. easy check in and check out made things smooth. i could walk everywhere i wanted from the location.
the bathroom felt very small i think it could be bigger. the bathtub felt quite slippery.

Adequate accommodation with minor issues
well-equipped apartment basic kitchen helpful storage impersonal check-in limited tv support delay
the apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. i appreciated having a basic kitchen, it made meal preparation easy. i also found the luggage storage helpful, especially with early arrivals or late departures (it was a big plus).
i found the check-in process impersonal because there was no manned desk. the cable tv service was also limited and did not provide local channels. i had some difficulty contacting support through the app, and there was a delay in response.

good location easy access helpful staff difficult procedure impersonal desk missing cable
the location is good , close to public transport , restaurants and a supermarket. it was easy to get a daily bus pass. i appreciated the easy access to lockers and the staff was very helpful. it was great to have access to extra tea and coffee.
i found it very impersonal to not have a manned check-in desk. cable tv was non existent and you should at least provide local coverage.

equipped apartment walking distance great location hot water room cleaning tight parking
The apartment was well equipped. There were many restaurants within walking distance. I found it very easy to reach from the airport. The location is great for exploring downtown. The one bedroom apartment was really spacious with a well equipped kitchen.
I did not have hot water in the shower . I mentioned this to customer support, but the issue remained. Room cleaning costs extra. I found the parking areas tight, and it was hard to get in and out of them.

location is perfect, staff is friendly.
great location friendly staff
the location is great. cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. it is a short walk to the bay where i watch sunsets. accessing the apartment was easy with the code.

mixed feelings about this stay.
unresponsive app impersonal atmosphere
The suite had a kitchen. It was large enough for making quick meals.
The hotel was impersonal. The app wouldn't open the front door, and i couldn't make it work. we were stuck outside and had to wait for someone to let us in. That was not a great start.
